Our quality policy ensures that we:

• Deliver the products consistently in terms of Quality, Purity, Safety, and Efficacy to meet the expectations of the patients and regulators.
• Work as a team of educated and trained professionals to meet global quality standards and focus with highest priority on quality with appropriate approaches such as Quality by Design (QbD), RIGHT FIRST TIME AND EVERY TIME principle, Risk based approaches and continuous process monitoring and improvements.
• Maintain a quality culture and quality oversight with appropriate systems and processes in place to drive quality focused behaviours and ensure decision making based on what is best for product quality and patient safety.
• Ensure that the latest updates in GMP are being translated into guidelines, standard operating procedures, and protocols as appropriate and ensure that these guidelines are implemented across all departments to deliver quality products consistently.
• Implement current Good Manufacturing, Laboratory, Engineering, Documentation Practices (GXPs) with a strong emphasis on process, personnel, and environmental safety and maintain data quality and data integrity with ALCOA+ .
