UTILITIES :
The following utilities are available at Abryl
- 1.1 Ton Forbes Marshall HSD Boiler +2T Thermax Boiler
- 2x356 TR (Trane USA) Screw Chillers with VFDs
- 2000 TR capacity Cooling towers.
- Class Zero Screw Air compressors from Atlas Copco Belgium (250 CFM+140 CFM) with 40° degree dew point
- NITROGEN GAS PLANT UNIT (CAP. 20 CFM @99.995% PURITY as well as CAP. 50 CFM @ 99.9% PURITY)
- 11 KV dedicated power supply from PSPCL Grid.
- 2X750 KVA DG sets with Auto change over in < 10 seconds
- 200 KVA UPS supply for critical equipment
- 2000 KVA Transformer
WATER SYSTEM:
A world class water generation, storage, distribution, and purification system is available at the technical area at Abryl. Raw water is treated through different stages to yield Potable water, Soft water, Purified Water, WFI, as needed. The water system is 21 CFR, part 11 compliant and PLC controlled. Storage tanks with Level transmitter, Temperature Transmitter, Inside Spray Ball is available. There are VFD controlled pumps to maintain return flow & Velocity. Apart from this, the following are some of the salient features of the Water System:
- Online Conductivity meter, Temperature Transmitter, Flow meter, Velocity meter and TOC Meter.
- Online UV Controlled.
- Auto Hot water sanitization facility.
- Continuous Circulation at temperature more than 800C.
- Zero Dead Leg Valves at User points with sampling provision.
- Auto dumping valves.
EMS/BMS/HVAC:
The technical area also comprises of the AHUs & HVAC ducts, hot-water generation room, BMS/EMS rooms, electrical panel room, engineering rooms, filter cleaning facility and calibration lab.
Dedicated Air handling units(AHUs) are provided for supply and return air, through products for the respective areas. Made up of double skin sandwich panel with installed filters, the AHUs ensure an efficient supply of filtered air to different classes of areas.
Well maintained alarm systems are in place in the EMS/BMS rooms to notify the user of any deviation from expected results.
ENVIRONMENT, HEALTH, SAFETY (EHS)
For Abryl, progress and development cannot come at the cost of environment and safety. Abryl boasts of a strong EHS system with policies and principals in place.
A well-established 50 KLD effluent cum sewage treatment plant is available to ensure that there is no harmful discharge into the environment. Waste generated from each and every process is treated to the tertiary level via a sophisticated system complying with all the regulatory and environmental guidelines.The treated water is used for irrigation of land scape bringing down requirement of fresh water to almost nil.
